  • Intake form via text: Share Intake forms with potential clients by SMS—they receive a mobile link to complete the form on their device.
  • Outlook attachment sync: Pushing an email from Outlook to CloudLex auto-saves attachments to the Miscellaneous folder, linked to the relevant Matter or Intake.
  • Expense permissions: Admin or Senior Managing Partner (SMP) can now set Add, Edit, and Delete access per user in Expense Management—View remains on by default.
  • Document timestamp: The Documents tab now shows the exact time alongside the Last Updated Date for tighter version control.
  • Event Titles: Add a custom Event Title to any Event type—CloudLex defaults to the Event Type name if left blank, keeping existing events clean.

  • Speech-to-text for Intake Memos: Capture Intake Memo details hands-free using voice input.
  • Intake Timeline depth: Intake’s Timeline tab now tracks Task Created, Task Updated, Task Status Changed, Task Deleted, Email Sent, and Email Received—full activity visibility per Intake.
  • Macros in Lead Manager: Insert predefined Macro text into the Description of Incident field when adding or editing a Lead.
  • Text tagging: Tag any Matter or Intake within text threads, even if the contact is not yet linked to that Intake or Matter.
  • Bar Numbers in User Profile: Attorneys can now add and save their Bar Number directly in Settings under User Profile.

  • CloudLex for Outlook: Save emails directly to Lead Manager from the CloudLex Outlook add-in—no tab switching required.
  • Custom Sub-roles: Create Sub-roles under Attorney, Paralegal, and Staff (e.g., Senior Attorney, Intake Paralegal) in Settings > User Management—visible wherever roles are displayed or used for filtering.
  • Bates Number ranges: Assign and edit Bates Number ranges during single or batch uploads across Matter, Intake, and Global Documents—ranges appear in the grid and are filterable.
  • In-compose document preview: Preview Intake and Matter Documents while composing emails with attachments—no need to leave your draft.
  • Selective Matter referrals: When referring a Matter to another firm, choose exactly which Documents, Events, and Notes are shared.

  • Email time tracking: Track time spent on Email actions (Compose, Reply, and Reply All) inside Inbox, Sent, and Drafts—logs flow automatically into the Time Tracker report.
