  • Text auto-tagging: Texts sent from within an Intake or Matter are automatically linked to that record—conversations stay organized without manual tagging.
  • Customizable Matter Type ribbon: Choose up to 5 Matter Types to pin at the top of the Lead, Intake, and Matter grids—for faster filtering tailored to how your firm works.
  • Hide unused Lead Sources: Remove Lead Sources your firm doesn’t use from Settings—cleaner dropdowns and fewer entry errors firm-wide.
  • Rejection alerts: When a Lead or Intake is rejected, the creator and all assigned users are automatically notified—no one misses a status change.
