As an AI, Lexee AI may not be able to handle all inquiries and may not generate accurate responses in all cases. Lexee AI cannot and does not provide legal advice of any kind.
By communicating through the Lexee AI chatbot, you consent to our use of any information you may communicate through Lexee AI for all relevant purposes related to your inquiry (and, if applicable, to our representation of you). You also consent to CloudLex’s use of any information you submit through Lexee AI, including personal information, as follows:

If you access Lexee AI through a participating law firm’s website, that firm may maintain its own privacy practices; CloudLex is not responsible for any independent data use by such firms.
CloudLex makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of Lexee AI and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the chatbot’s responses.
Modification of this Disclaimer: CloudLex may change, modify, or update this Disclaimer at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of Lexee AI following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Updates to related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, will be governed by those documents individually.
By using our Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing to these Terms for use of the Services by an organization, you are agreeing on behalf of that organization and all references to “you” hereunder shall refer to your organization.
